From A to Zinc
So I am trying to get healthy and fit. I am not going to cut down on junk food, that will never happen, but I am finally using my home gym and I will try to drink a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. On top of that I also started taking some multi vitamin pills to help balance out any vitamin I am lacking. Even if they don't do anything, psychologically I would feel better.

I see getting healthy is becoming a trend here. Palforce started a diet just a few days ago :o)
Be careful with multivitamins though. Vitamin B12 can cause your appetite to increase, so if you find yourself suddenly wolf hungry, then that's why :o)

whats the number of hits you get everyday?
miskan has become my routine now apart from sports, deals etc..
if u r taking ur multi vit. in the morning i would recomend you carrot juice instead of orange in the morning.. its better for ur stomach.

nooni, i take my pills either after lunch or after dinner, i also dont like carrot juice. only like carrots when they are covered with lemon juice and salt and next to a big jug of beer :)
