My Diet
I started my diet late last week. I was 89.7KG when I started which means I have gained nearly 1KG since then. Nat wants me to eat healthy food to help me lose weight although I tried explaining to her healthy food makes me fat. Hopefully once a gain a few more KG she will let me go back to eating my McDonalds.

You can lose/gain a couple of pounds depending on how often you go to the bathroom. Don't look at the weekly stuff .. its useless.
Your weight is NOT a measure of health. Join a gym and eat whatever you want.
