Miskan is a Kuwaiti island that lies to the south of the Bubiyan Island. Miskan is void of any vital activity except for a lighthouse to guide ships sailing in the Gulf night.

I think the misspelling is intentional to avoid lawsuits or something. I've seen this done way too many times.
i doubt, i mean they are still using the same typeface and they are using allot of mikey mouse pictures and a picture of disneyland. i think the mispelling is because they were just careless.
Some of the miss-spellings are on purpose, you can protect a name but not the way it was written. If they wrote disneyland the right way; the main distributor (of Disney in Kuwait) could take them to court.
yes but i dont think thats the case here. there are a couple reasons why.
a) guy can still be sued because he is using disney characters (mickey mouse for example)
b) disneyland is still spelt correctly in arabic which is what counts in kuwait
c) even though disney is spelt wrong guy is still using same logo and the likeness of disney all over the store.
i would have to agree with mark... :)
a) Characters must be TMed in
b) Disney in Arabic has to be TMed as well.
d) Theme is very hard to copyright, I could give a few examples..
Maki>SushiClub
Breadtalk>Breadstory
sorry, must be TMed in Kuwait.
